Wes is the most unorganized tax preparer I have ever dealt with....we had to call numerous times to get updates on our status and he finally ended up not being able to tell us how much we were getting back and said, "lets just see how the cards fall." How do you not know what we will get back?? I would not recommend him to anyone unless you want a headache and a lot of wasted time not getting anything accomplished. He doesn't answer your questions and he is completely unorganized. He sent off paperwork 6 weeks later than when he said he would and tried to blame the IRS but they had never received it. 3 days later they had after he finally sent it. He is a mess and we still feel that he did not do what he could have to get us more money. For what he charges, it was a complete waste of time. if I could rate him with zero stars I would.
