What a nightmare! Used for 2 years for my business taxes. Last year he did not complete my taxes on time so had to file extension then even getting him to complete by that date was down to the wire. Then come this December, when we contacted him, at first stated he was on vacation so he would get a hold of us after the 29th. Well never did and has not answered any emails, phone cannot accept messages because it is full! He has schedules that the new CPA needs and also my personal info that I have no idea what is happening with all those records are they just being dumped in the trash, or who has control over? I have now had to start leaving messages with family members on Facebook to see if we can reach him.
