Great man! Does phenomenal taxes!

Made repeated mistakes on tax forms which has delayed me receiving my return by over 3 months. Has refused to issue a refund for his POOR service.

This man is a fraudulent person and will wait last minute to file your taxes. It’s now November and I still have no money.

I owed so much money to the IRS and thank goodness i called and spoke with Raphie. He provided such excellent customer service and fixed my situation in a timely manner. Thank you so much for all your help Raphie. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Do not be fooled by his frail old man talk. Untrustworthy. Screwed my returns. Now dealing with IRS penalties due to this incompetent person.

As of November, my taxes have not been filed. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and follow up, there has been no progress on my tax returns. The lack of communication and transparency throughout this process has been concerning. It is evident that Dae Kim has not met the expected timeline for completing this task. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend Dae Kim for accounting services, particularly for timely tax filings.

Michael agreed to do our taxes via email on Feb 9. We have 1099, investments, LLCs, etc. Long story short the lack of communication costs us thousands. We uploaded all our personal and business information into his portal app on Feb 9. He never acknowledged receipt to those being uploaded, asked questions, had a meeting...we followed up several times (2/13, 2/22,2/23) to confirm he was all set and got our documents...radio silence... On April 18 (one day before the due date) I emailed asking for an update because I haven't hard from him in over two months. He emails back admitting he misunderstood what we hired him for and he thought it was just personal taxes...so it was clear he never opened his portal or emails to review our information until one day before due date...realizing he was in over his head he did a poor job and we are now paying the price. On the due date he calls me and I pay - or so I thought - a large amount over the phone with Michael until i could set up a payment plan..it never went through so a few days later I followed up...crickets. I actually thought he was ill or dead because it was June 6 at this point and he was zero help to us and we still didnt receive our 2022 documents outlining our taxes. The way I got his attention was I messaged, I think his wife, on Facebook on June 6th. He still didn't pick up the phone to call me...he answered via email saying "I dont know why the IRS didnt take your payment..." we didnt get our tax returns until June 28th...we have been working with another accountant to get them amended and it has cost us thousands. I am trying to submit all kinds of forms trying to get money back that could have been avoided if he did his job OR said I cannot take on this level of work. We outsourced this service because we could not manage it and were expecting some guidance as well.

The accountant Samson Dorssaint is very professional and experienced. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk to, very understanding and always on time for our meetings. Thank you for saving from the IRS problems.

Stay away like fire, a thief and a great liar

Extremely unsatisfied with Broughtons handling of my mother's estate as trustee.

If I could offer no stars I would. Melinda Mills met with us and promised to complete our taxes in July. It is now November and she has stopped returning our calls and messages. She gas our tax papers and personal information and will not return them. She responded once stating she would finish them Oct 12th after 8 weeks of completely ignoring our messages and has not finished them nor responded to us about returning our property. She is unprofessional and unethical and at this point we are considering filing fraud charges against her in an effort to get our property back so we can file our taxes.

Proactive tax planning advisory services have been invaluable. Ability to provide timely advice on various tax-saving strategies has greatly benefited my financial situation.

Horrible communication. Totally ghosted me and wouldn't return my multiple attempts at communication about filing my taxes. Now I'll have a penalty because she dropped the ball and left me hanging. I WOULD NOT recommend Carla DeWitt to anyone.

Jeff was recommended to me after my tax preparer of 50 years retired. Even though it was a large task, Jeff worked with me to transition to his company. Jeff quickly handled a number of crisis issues for me and I highly recommend him for tax preparation.

I have told Tom to not contact me after 30 unsolicited emails. He has not followed my wishes and still contacts me and my family. Stay away from him because he clearly cannot understand clear defined directions.

I have had the displeasure of working with Zenaida Faller from Block Advisors. After having a meeting scheduled with her in March 2023 to review our taxes, our meeting was cut short because she was too busy. Ultimately she was unable to process our taxes in time for April 15th with no reason given. Instead, she requested an extension. I incorrectly assumed the extension was to give her another week or two to complete the process. Instead she completely ghosted my wife and I for MONTHS. We didn't get her on the phone again until July, where she promised to have an update for us at weeks end. Once again, no update, no response to calls or emails, nothing. Finally with the deadline literally less than a day away, she has the gall to avoid our calls and emails after MULTIPLE attempts to get this resolved. Worst most unprofessional CPA I could ever imagine using. Block advisors were also extremely difficult to work with. Their team were always too busy to take our call and talk through what was happening. Do not trust Zenaida or HR Block with your money. Absolutely not worth the risk of having to pay a penalty due to taxes being filed over SIX MONTHS LATE.

Sherri Fong omitted critical 2021 Taxable Dividends on our Tax Return resulting in owed taxes to IRS. I know I’m liable for this added tax however Sherri Fong has made no gesture or taken any responsibility for compensating us for the Penalties and Interest accrued due to her errors. Sherri Fong only communicates with her clients via text or emails and hasn’t responded to any texts we’ve sent her. IRS notified us of this situation in March 2023. March was last text received from Sherri Fong. Very Unprofessional. Very unprofessional
