Would not recommend using him again. I used him for the last 2 years and he was good. This past year, and absolute nightmare. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. I have been waiting for my return for over 4 months. I have messaged him, called him, left voicemails, and absolutely nothing. I check my refund status on the IRS website and nothing generates. I am not sure if he filed my taxes to begin with at this point. Waste of money, do no recommend.

Ezequiel has done my taxes for the last few years, the experience has usually been very stressful and complicated. He takes a longer than usual time to work on my returns, and I usually have to look very closely at what he gives me because I have found many mistakes in the past. There is usually no explanations or conversations about my returns, tax planning, or any other kind of service he promotes. When I've asked how I can save money on my taxes, he didn't propose any ideas or alternatives, I had to go find these on my own . Later when I wanted to implement these ideas he wasn't even aware these were possible and I had to educate him on how to do his job. I would not recommend to use him as an accountant because he is very bad at communicating regarding important topics like letters to the IRS and other critical issues. It seems like he's more interested in personal trips and businesses than doing the work that he charges very expensively for.

Don't be fooled by looking at the higher rating like me. Believing this knowledge-less tax consultant costed me $450. Julia prepared my taxes and did not share the draft version until I pay the fee of $450. When I received the draft, it was full of mistakes. Irony is that she doesn't even know that Arkansas 529 plan is tax deductible and can't see those deductions in my previous filing documents. I had to insist that it is tax deductible according to AR529 website then she was asking me "are you looking for more state refund and you want me to add it?". Super surprised to hear that and decided not to proceed with her and asked for a fee refund after taking some portion for her time but she refused to refund my fee. For her lack of knowledge and mistakes, I had to pay - what a pity! Beware and stay away!!

Rolanda has been doing my moms taxes for years and when I came of age to filing my own taxes she was the person I went too…I filed for the first time last year alone and got a return. This year while filing in march I ended up owing around $400 because I filled out my w4 wrong and worked full time the entire year. She told me to check box 4c and add $10 to it, I did so then paid what I needed to the state and irs, then filed my taxes. However she never said if I was getting a return or what’s going on after I followed her instructions for fixing my w4 and filling… a few weeks later my mom gets her taxes and I’m still waiting on mine . No biggie we’re filing separately, though things got strange when a month went by I never got a letter email text or anything saying my taxes were or if I still owe, if I’m getting a return or anything. So I went to where’s my refund and it asked me to put in the amount I’m expected to receive…I don’t know the amount so I texted rolanda and I asked her if I was still going to get a return this year. She replied “hi cherish no state return” so I explained to her that I’m still learning how the whole filing my taxes goes and that I went to where’s my refund.gov and put in 0$ for the amount im meant to receive considering she said no state return…the site would not allow me to put 0$ She stopped responding when I told her this and then texted me saying I need to fix my w4. I responded and reassured her I did so back when she asked me to in march and she never responded . Not sure if I was wrong for asking about my taxes I’m just learning how this all goes ..definitely won’t file again with her idk idk.

Unfortunately Rami Babayof is a poor con artist, for 150$ which he charges you for tax refund he does nothing, so many excuses as my e file doesn’t work, family at hospital and ext. just for his creative excuses he can keep the money to buy his own medicine.

I hired Marie Azam to help me with incorporation and do some revised tax returns. I paid her, and then I got nothing but excuses for months and months. I never got my documents and she refused to return my money. I am preparing a small claims lawsuit to recover my money.

Very untrustworthy with personal information,Sat down with her an hour are two preparing my taxes not one time did anything come up about up front cash payment of 250.00,when finished preparing my taxes with her was told I owe 250. Cash up front that she knee I did not have tried to see if I could make arrangement too get it too her quick as possible thought she would take out of refund check,but she was very nasty and after I signed papers and then had discussion about payment that I didn't have at the time she went back and changed my status to married which I have never been married in my life,this caused whole refund to be given too someone I do not know,so I definitely would not recommend using her unless you have cash up front,she also told me when I asked about being taken out of refund check that she only does that for loyal clients.I .et her through her cousin and that was my only reason for using her, To this day still did not get this situation right

Awful- I’ve never an ugly personality who thinks she’s all that. My wife and I would never use her again. I see she’s at Vitro near us so I hope they understand she’s not very competent.

Great person known for three decades been doing our taxes.

Unprofessional. They don’t prioritize their clients. As a client it seems as though you have to chase them down in order to get in contact with someone. And even when you do get in contact with someone, they act as though they don’t have the patience to help their clients. It’s been 3 months since me & my partner filed with them & come to find out they entered in our information wrong from the start but when you hold them accountable they act as if they did or can do no wrong which encourages you to feel like you’re bothering them. It seems as though they treat everyone’s situation as if it were the same just so they can justify not doing anything else about it. Now all of sudden everyone’s on vacation when you need them the most. Do not do business with these people if QUALITY & HONORABLE service is what you’re after.

After taking all of the records to this office, expecting the tax return to be prepared for 2021, and paying her, nothing was done. I've been trying to contact her since last August, and she will NOT respond to me. Mary's grand-daughter, Kelly is the representative I spoke to, as she told me she would be taking over the family business.

I would leave no stars if I could! This lady did my taxes for years and I thought everything was good until I got audited & found out that she was stealing moneys from me every year thousands of dollars on top of charging me to do my taxes she stole my covid refund from the government! She was constantly asking almost begging for money every other day even though we would pay her when we got our refund.The last time I did business with her she was suppose to bring copies of all of my documents & showed up looking crazy & high & brought nothing i paid her because she said she would show up to my house later & never showed up instead she text me pictures & it was only 2 pages not even what i asked for & i had to mail in my prepaired documents myself. The irs told me she attached all her info to mine! Be ware people she will steal from u cuz she did it to soo many other people as well!! I hope u get caught!

There’s no actual office you can go to, I filed with Milagros and paid $500 for 2 tax years to be filed. Only one year was filed and I’m being audited by the IRS due to all of the misinformation that she claimed on my taxes. I’ve been trying to get copies of the taxes for months and they don’t respond to me. Her daughter reina answers the phone and is extremely rude and knows absolutely nothing. I wish I would’ve never been referred here. Now I’m in issues with the IRS and all reina and Milagros have done is upset me and treat me terribly. Do not file here.

Haven't heard from Ms. Brooks about our audit for 2021 tax season and will not respond. I've repeatedly reached out but no answer. I will be contacting the IRS for this matter. Doesn't make any since to leave us paying the IRS. Something has to be done about this. Or this will become a fraud lawsuit.

Zero stars! All of our taxes were prepared incorrectly. 2021 taxes showed owing three hundred plus. Turned them over to a CPA and we had a 3700 return. We had a small business before with an s corp so we had a K1 with a loss. The loss was not figured into our personal taxes! Was told no quarterly taxes were to be paid on my husbands business wrong! This person may be able to do simple bookkeeping however she is truly not qualified to prepare taxes!!!!

He charged us for educating himself on business tax. It took him 2 hours and charged us 200.00 dollars; we had to have our taxes done over. His total charge was $500.00 for something you can do online for free. He does not understand business tax laws... and exploits elderly people we are turning him into the Business and Professions... Bad news for us
