Clients came in stressed with either a letter from the IRS or tax documents. I would ask several questions about their situation and figure out how I was able to put them at ease. Through my experiences, I learned how to make people feel comfortable and I learned that all things can be resolved. Now, I wake up and cannot think of anything better than helping people with their taxes and helping businesses reach their goals.
