Samuel have been my and my family’s tax prepayer for years. He is very knowledgeable and can explain anything you have questions about. He takes him time and is very very patient. Even dealing with customers who bring different emotions him being the calm man he is listens-explains- then help.

Jason Darby is both extremely brilliant with accounting and has an honest and friendly disposition. I didn't know anything about QuickBooks or finances. Jason came to my home and taught me how to reconcile and how to manage my finances. He is patient and kind as I learn. I really appreciate Darby and Associates. They know how to do accounting and how to teach their customers the best ways to do finances. I highly recommend Jason and his team for doing CPA work!

Best CPA. For 20 years Chuck has taken care of my business and personal returns. Now both my brothers, parents and in-laws trust him too! Very professional and extremely talented in his field.

Mr Mjenga filed tax returns that cost me almost $7000 in tax penalties to the IRS and the DOR in Massachusetts. I tried many times to come to a peaceful resolution on how to settle the bill. Mr Mjenga ignored my calls, text message s and Whatsapp messages. I eventually learnt that several clients before me were audited by the IRS. I also learnt much later that Mr Mjenga used non commercial software to prepare my tax returns. He charged me for his service and the non commercial software also deducted fees for the return. If you want to avoid an IRS audit, stay away from this business. I have filed my complaint with the IRS and I hope this fellow is eventually stopped from putting more innocent individuals out there in trouble with the IRS. He holds himself out as a tax professional but he is more interested in his fees than filing a compliant tax return on your behalf to the IRS.

Lori Bohme is a fraud! She will do anything to help her clients even if it is commiting tax fraud! I have been going through a divorvce from my x husband for 2 years, upon filing for divorce my attorney asked for the last 3 years of taxes. Come to find out my x was recieving a tax return, which was deposited into his business account that i never had access to! I was always told we owed on our taxes. I never once signed anything nor was I asked to sign. I contacted Stapley accounting and also Bruce Hall Accounting to get any records showing the signatures. I was able to obtain a few, but when i asked Lori for the copies she blamed it on the fire at Bruce Halls office and that her documents burned, which was a lie after finding out from Bruce Halls Accounting that her records were transfered to her BEFORE the fire! I have filed a police report against Lori and my x for tax fraud. I have also recently discovered that Lori is letting my X claim my son every year so the IRS will reject my taxes. I also have my x's last 3 years of taxes showing he and Lori are writing off my vehicle as a business expense on his taxes, which I have paid for my own car this whole time and it has NEVER been used for his business expenses! Loris Daughter was dating my x husbad right after I filed for divorce. She will do anything to get him ahead and financially abuse the other spouce! She is trash and unethical in her business! She needs to have her licence revoked and the IRS needs to audit all of her tax's she has filed!

He's such a transparent and jovial person. If you need someone honest and straightforward to help with taxes, Roger is the one to go!

Ive been doing my taxes with this lady for quite sometime. And always had an amazing experience. Due to personal situations I could not file my taxes for the previous but I had zelle her the money. When I was ready to file, I went to her office and she was very disturbed as she could not find or questioned that i had previously sent ther any money. I went back home, and once I confirm with my bank and showed her a picutre, she started to act strange again. I informed her that I was going to request the amount i had sent previously and she okay. It's been 5 days and I'm still waiting. Im currently in disability and really need to file 2022's taxes and she is ghosting me. It's sad but I have to let her go and report her.

Monica has been doing my taxes for years. Great job every time. I trust her completely and recommend her to anyone who wants their taxes done right. She’s always available for any questions I have. I just wish I would’ve found her sooner! Hands down the best tax preparer I’ve ever had. So great full I found her.

Be careful people, you do your taxes with Alicia Pena and you'll loose more. She charges $165 and when you're about to pay she'll say if you want I'll take the $165 from your refund and when you get your refund she takes roughly around $400. Misleading, dishonest, wouldn't recommend. Go anywhere else, save money.

If I can give a “Zero” star, I will. Poor services, she was my accountant who does my book keeping of business for me, payroll and also was my tax person for 2 years, which I have paid her in full. I have learned later on that she was not doing her job and had never reconciled my book keeping account since I started business. I asked her how do she come up with my net profit and loss for my business and why will she filed my tax for two years if she knows they are not correct?. Trusting a professional and paying her in full to take care of my business book keeping, do payroll and filed my tax correctly, my business is now suffering due to her unprofessional work. My business does not make what she filed in tax. I made way less.

A pleasant person to talk to and explained what he was doing throughout doing my taxes and assisted me in setting up my business with everything I needed to get started from registration to website, phone number and business cards -- all designs for website,brochure,flyers and cards were done in-house. Was surprised to see that.

I have worked with this young lady and she went above and beyond to assist me with my taxes and didn't stop until she handle my issue. She was very professional, kind , and responsive.

I had the worst experience filling taxes with Vladimir. He managed to FORGET to file my taxes after being PAID for it causing thousands of dollars in penalties. It should be illegal for him to PERFORM THIS TYPE OF SERVICES. Please do your research and be smart to file with actual CPA who have some integrity and decency and stand tall behind his practice or provide insurance for his work. Or at least LIVE in USA and can be responsible for poor practice.

Money minded and unprofessional. There is no proper communication and questions being asked before filing, they go with their assumption and prepared draft. I almost missed my deductions from the tax filing, Once i reached out to them, they responded me back they filed based on my last year's details. It sounded so rude and lack of intelligence from the professionals working in the group. Anish is the person i worked, he is the worst and very rude professional from my experience. I wont recommend Mathews, CPA anymore or to my friends. They even started charging for preparing the draft.

Tanya is hands down one of the best tax preparers I have ever met. She really has a way of explaining things to where you can easily understand things. Her customer service is exceptional! She deserves 5 stars. I will continue to use her and her wide spread knowledge as long as she is practicing.
