This would be the last person on the planet earth I would have do my taxes. Very unprofessional, does not know how to explain things even if they are correct. Has no patience if you have any questions what so ever. Don’t waste your time, find someone else.

I took my taxes to Jerry 02/08/2021. It is now 05/12/2021 and they are still not done. I need to try and find someone else last minute to do them because even with a government extension he never got around to doing them in over 3 months!!! Read Bob's review and you can get a great indication of what to expect. HORRIBLE!! RUN AWAY as fast as you can. This guy is a NIGHTMARE!!

Absolutely unprofessional. We contacted Laura at the end of January to help prepare our cross border tax return. We gave her copies of our passports, receipts, and many other pieces of confidential information. Once submitted, we did not hear back from her. My husband made numerous attempts to get in contact with her via telephone and email and still no response. As we needed to get our ITNs quickly so that we could file our taxes on time, plus the fact that she had all of our personal information, had us starting to get quite worried. I'm so glad we kept every email and phone call ever made to this person. Finally in March, after many voice messages and emails, she finally responded saying that she had received everything we sent but that she had been busy, hence the delay in responding. When asked about our ITNs, she said that the application was sent in. Again, we waited and waited to no avail. In April we had to go back to Canada because our time in the U.S. was up. Once back in Canada, the phone calls and emails to see what was going on continued. No response again. Finally,when raised with management in May,my husband received an email saying g they could not open any of the emails he had sent in the previous 5 months. Really?? You're just telling us now? So, my husband said heed send everything again and waited to hear back. A week later, no response. Finally, May 10th we get an email saying that now that we are back in Canada, they can no longer deal with us. So, over a 5 month period, we sent them all of our most personal information, numerous emails and made numerous phone calls, all to be abruptly dropped from their roster, so to speak. We still have no ITNs, which means we're going to be months behind in filing our tax returns with the IRS, and we may be penalized as a result. I have never in my life dealt with a more immature, unprofessional person and organization. I will be making a complaint with the state regarding this individual. Again, I'm so glad we kept every bit of communication and every phone call ever made to Laura and H&R Block in Palm Springs.

Extremely unreliable and unresponsive. Have been waiting for two months for an appointment and I keep getting "I'll call you later today". Unprofessional and wasted my time.

I submitted my tax return papers on February 15 2021 to Jeff Martin. After waiting more than two and half months, I try to reach him out to give me a date for a final tax return date. 10 days left to May 17 th, he returned my documents undone. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for his tax return service. By the way, my final conversation I had to give him an ultimatum that if he can not give me a date for finishing my tax, I will go to someone else. His response: go to someone else.

Adrienne McMurray-Johnson is a liar! She thrives on scheming and scamming people, federal funds and government funds. Whatever she can get she will get it no matter who she hurts. If you come across her your best bet is to go the other way!

Ms Mackey prepared my taxes in March and I have yet to receive my refund. I admit there was an issue with my ex-husband and she did take care and was paid but now there is still an issue as to why I have not received my refund and it's May. Calls are going unreturned and emails take a day or 2 to be replied to. Very poor customer service

The worse experience ever!! i gave this woman my information on 1/26/21 she informed me that she filed my taxes on 1/30/21, i knew the IRS was not taking any returns until 2/12/21 so no problem. but she didnt file until 2/24/21 (first lie of many) also i texted her on 1/30/21 and told her not to file for my stimulus because i will get it on 2/5/21 she replied "ok" but on 2/24/21 she filed for my stimulus and my return has been held due to that, after several attempts of me asking her to check to make sure there was no error she just blew me off. so now i have to pay this B*** and she doesnt deserve it. A lot more happened since Feb with this situation but its way to much to type and she is not worth the energy. Please dont use this lady for anything it will be more of a headache than anything.

Horrible stay away. A Fraud who is out to get you by cheating. Keep away from this Con.

You have to call 100 times for someone to answer the phone then when someone does answer the customer service is terrible. DON't USE THEM

Patricia Valle is completely unprofesssional, my partner had his taxes done by Mrs. Valle who speaks broken English. She introduced him to her 20 year old daughter Pathy Valle. Her daughter took his phone number from the paperwork and sent my married partner sexting messages also took him out to a Peruvian dinner and had oral sex in the backseat of his car with him. She tried to harass my partner when he made it known it was only a fling and she needed to leave him alone by sending private messages through fb to me to tattle tale on the brief sexual encounter.

She does fraudulent work. She is going to jail. I have reported her to the IRS. They are definitely coming for her.

Was very disappointed in the quality of her work. Had to go elsewhere., Her poor quality is only exceeded by a complete lack of ethics. Not like the others in that firm.

Absolutely horrible business. Unless your spending thousands of dollars to get your taxes done I would avoid them. Over the last 15 years of having my taxes prepared by this company, they have made dozens of errors. They are very unprofessional as the are unresponsive to mistakes they make. They do not follow through with the service you paid for. I let this company they filed my taxes for last year and still cant tell me if they have been done correctly. This person in particular has no professional courtesy.

Absolutely horrible service, we had an appointment with him back in March to do our taxes we met with him for an hour and gave him all of our information. (everything was organized into files and spread sheets). He said he would work on our taxes and everything would be good to go in a couple of days. We didn't hear from him, a few weeks went by still no response to phone calls, texts or emails. Continued to reach out and occasionally short responses would be "I am working on them" Finally end of April we reached out again since the tax deadline was approaching and he was very short and rude and said he was getting to it. Than the next day our information was sent back to us and no taxes had been done. So he had held on to our stuff for 2 1/2 months with less than 5 responses to our messages than with less than 3 weeks to do our taxes he mails the stuff back. Very unprofessional. He should have said from the beginning he didn't want to do it. We are very patient and easy going people and have no problem paying a professional to do our taxes. HORRIABLE HORRIABLE HORRIABLE.

This guy sucks - I submitted my taxes to him via H&R Block and he said it would take him 3 days to do it....that was 10 days ago and 4 emails later he still has not done it. He also does not answer his phone.

I brought my tax forms to this office because I was recommended by a friend to file my taxes there. At first I thought I was in good hands when I left my forms with the tax preparer and she said she would call me as soon as she started my taxes. I patiently waited for a call back since FEBRUARY and have not received any response from the lady besides someone else picking up and telling me that she was busy and she was going to call back. Very unprofessional. I have heard similar complaints about this place from others in which she takes forever to submit taxes from previous years. Save your time and money. Look for a different tax service.
